Medipyxis is a Notion-based template designed to streamline workflows, automate referrals, and optimize practice management.The Product is sold as a one-time payment, with lifetime access to updates.Some features require additional third-party tools, including but not limited to Notion and Make.com.
Notion Subscription:To use Medipyxis, you must have a Notion account. For users handling Protected Health Information (PHI), the Notion HIPAA-compliant Business Plan is required.Make.com Subscription:Automations powered by Medipyxis require a Make.com account, which may incur additional fees based on your usage.It is your responsibility to set up and maintain these accounts. Medipyxis is not responsible for third-party service costs or disruptions.
The Graft Consignment Program requires approval from one of Medipyxis' partner graft companies or a graft provider willing to integrate into the system.Approval and participation in the program are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective graft company.Medipyxis provides integration support but is not liable for disputes, delays, or decisions made by third-party companies.
Medipyxis is a one-time payment, with no recurring fees for the Product itself.Additional costs for third-party tools (e.g., Notion, Make.com) are your responsibility.Refund Policy:A 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee applies to your purchase.Refunds will only be issued after reasonable efforts have been made to address any concerns or issues with our support team.Support hours used (at $100/hour) will be deducted from refund amounts if applicable.
The Full Support package includes 10 hours of dedicated assistance. Additional support hours may be purchased separately.Support hours must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.Medipyxis templates are customizable; however, modifications beyond the initial scope of purchase are not covered under support unless specifically agreed upon.
Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Medipyxis for your practice.You may not share, resell, or distribute the Product to third parties without explicit written permission.Medipyxis retains full ownership of the template, workflows, and all associated intellectual property.
Medipyxis is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.While we strive to provide accurate and effective solutions, we cannot guarantee specific results for your practice.Medipyxis is not liable for interruptions, errors, or issues caused by third-party services, such as Notion or Make.com.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection and HIPAA regulations.The Notion HIPAA-compliant plan is required for handling PHI. Medipyxis is not liable for breaches resulting from the improper use of Notion, Make.com, or other integrations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medipyxis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Medipyxis reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.Users will be notified of significant changes via email or within the platform. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dover, DE.

With both of our plans you can have unlimited users on your account.
If you don't like our product, you can cancel anytime. Just log in to your account and from your account settings you can select "cancel account". You'll have to pay the remainder of the month if you are on the monthly payment plan.
