Insurance verification. Patient eligibility and coverage are verified before the first visit, surfacing payer requirements and authorization needs before the clinician drives to the facility.
Provider assignment and routing. Patients are assigned to clinicians based on territory, credentials, and availability. The schedule reflects the reality of field operations -- drive time, facility grouping, and visit cadence.
