The referral dashboard provides a clear view of all incoming patient referrals, with a search bar for quick filtering, summary tabs showing referral counts by status, and a Kanban-style layout to track and manage referrals. Each referral appears as a card with key details and can be easily updated by dragging and dropping between status columns.

Locating the referral intake dashboard

Follow these steps to view the referral dashboard:

  1. From the main navigation or sidebar, click on “Referral Intake”.

  2. The Patient Intake will automatically appear, showing all incoming patient referrals.

How to locate and sort through referrals

1. Search Bar - Use the search bar to quickly find patients, practices, or physicians. This helps you locate specific referrals without scrolling through the full list.

2. Referral Summary Counters - These counters give an at-a-glance overview of all referral categories—such as New Referrals, Info Needed, Financial, Ready for Assignment, and Assigned.

3. Referral Status Columns - Referrals are organized into drag-and-drop columns based on their workflow status. Each card displays key patient and referral details, allowing you to review, update, and assign referrals efficiently.
