Provider Management

1. From the Human Resource Hub, click on “Provider Management.”
2. The Provider Management dashboard will appear, where you can view, search, and manage all healthcare providers on this dashboard.

Search & Filters – Enables users to search for providers by name and filter results by specialty or status for quick access.
Provider List – Displays provider details including name, specialty, contact information, NPI number, and current status.
Action Controls – Offers quick options to edit, activate/deactivate, or manage individual provider records.

To deactivate a provider, click on the Deactivate (Hide) icon next to the provider’s record. Once selected, the provider’s status will change from Active to Inactive, and the green status indicator will turn gray, reflecting the update. If you wish to reactivate the provider, simply click the Activate icon. This will revert the status back to Active, and the indicator will once again appear green. This functionality allows administrators to efficiently manage provider availability without permanently removing their information from the system.
