Place of Service Management

Place of Service Management allows administrators to manage service location codes used for billing, compliance, and documentation purposes.

Human Resources Hub to Place of Service Management Hub

1. From the Human Resources Hub, click on “Place of Service Management”.

2. The Place of Service Management dashboard includes following

Place of Service Management Dashboard
  • Dashboard Summary Panel:
    Quickly view a summary of total, active, and inactive place of service entries, along with the number of associated facilities.

  • Search & Filters:
    Easily search by code, name, or description, and apply filters by status (active/inactive) to narrow down results.

  • POS List:
    Displays all place of service entries including:

    • Code

    • Name

    • Description

    • Address Required (Yes/No)

    • Current Status (Active/Inactive)

Place of Service Status Management

You can easily manage the status of any place-of-service entry directly from the Actions column.

To deactivate a place of service, click the Deactivate (↩) icon next to the entry. Once clicked, the status changes from Active to Inactive, indicating that the location is no longer in use.

To reactivate a previously inactive place of service, click the Reactivate (↩) icon again. The status will switch back to Active, restoring the entry for active use in the system.
