Navigation to Pharmacy Management from Human Resources Hub

  • From the Human Resource Hub, click on “Pharmacy Management.”

  • The Pharmacy Management dashboard will open, allowing you to view, search, and manage all registered pharmacy partners in the system.

Pharmacy Management Tab

  • Pharmacy Management Overview – Access a centralized interface to view, filter, and manage pharmacy partners. You can also add new pharmacies directly from this screen.

  • Pharmacy List – Displays essential pharmacy information, including:

    • Name and location

    • Contact details

    • NCPDP ID

    • Feature availability such as E-Rx (e-prescribing) status

  • Action Controls – Quickly edit pharmacy details or deactivate a pharmacy from the system using the icons available in the Actions column.

How to change pharmacy management status

Change Pharmacy Status

To deactivate a pharmacy:

  • Click the Deactivate (power icon) under the Actions column corresponding to the desired pharmacy.

  • The status will change from Active to Inactive, indicating the pharmacy is temporarily disabled.

To reactivate:

  • Click the Activate icon in the same Actions column.

  • This will return the pharmacy’s status to Active, making it available again for system use and assignments.
