Pharmacy Management

From the Human Resource Hub, click on “Pharmacy Management.”
The Pharmacy Management dashboard will open, allowing you to view, search, and manage all registered pharmacy partners in the system.

Pharmacy Management Overview – Access a centralized interface to view, filter, and manage pharmacy partners. You can also add new pharmacies directly from this screen.
Pharmacy List – Displays essential pharmacy information, including:
Name and location
Contact details
NCPDP ID
Feature availability such as E-Rx (e-prescribing) status
Action Controls – Quickly edit pharmacy details or deactivate a pharmacy from the system using the icons available in the Actions column.

Change Pharmacy Status
To deactivate a pharmacy:
Click the Deactivate (power icon) under the Actions column corresponding to the desired pharmacy.
The status will change from Active to Inactive, indicating the pharmacy is temporarily disabled.
To reactivate:
Click the Activate icon in the same Actions column.
This will return the pharmacy’s status to Active, making it available again for system use and assignments.
