Facility Users

This feature allows you to view and manage all users linked to a facility. It provides a comprehensive summary of user statuses—such as active, inactive, and pending—and displays essential details like role, contact information, and workload. You can also update a user’s role directly from the list.

How to access facility users
  1. Steps to Access Facility Users:

    1. From the Human Resources Hub, click on Facility Users.

    2. The Facility User Dashboard will appear.

Here, you can:

  1. View users and their status at a glance.

  2. See user statistics including Total, Active, Inactive, and Pending users.

  3. Access role, contact, and workload information for each user.

  4. Update roles easily using the dropdown in the role column.

Choosing role for provider

You can change a facility user’s role by clicking the current role and selecting a new one from the dropdown.

Note. Use the filters at the top to quickly search users by name, email, job title, or filter by facility and status. This helps in efficiently locating specific users or viewing grouped data.
