Place of Service Management > Add POS Entry
This functionality enables users to register new Place of Service (POS) entries for billing and facility identification.

1. Add POS Entry - Opens a form to create a new Place of Service record.
2. Add Place of Service Form – Users can input essential details including:
POS Code: A 2-digit or 3-digit numeric code (e.g., 02, 11, 31).
Name: Title of the place (e.g., Office, Home, Staff).
Description: Brief explanation or notes about the location’s purpose or role.
Billing Address Requirement: Checkbox to indicate whether billing requires a full facility address.
Active Status: Option to mark the POS as active upon creation.

Note. If the “Address required for billing” option is checked, the following Facility Information must be completed:
Facility Name – Full name of the billing facility.
Facility Address – Complete billing address.
Facility NPI – 10-digit National Provider Identifier required for compliance.
3. Create Button – Finalizes and saves the new POS entry, adding it to the management list.
Create Button – Saves the new POS entry and adds it to the list of available places of service.
