Educational Bundle Management > Add new bundle

This feature allows users to create a new education bundle by selecting materials relevant to a clinical scenario.

1. Click Create Bundle to open the Add New Bundle form.

2. A Create New Bundle form will appear, allowing you to add details for a new educational bundle. Fill in the bundle details.

• Bundle Name – Enter a descriptive title.

• Scope – Choose from Organization-wide, Facility-specific, or Provider-specific.

• Scenario – Select a clinical scenario (e.g., post-surgical, chronic care).

• Status – Set the bundle as Active or Inactive.

• LCD Compliant – Indicate if the bundle aligns with LCD (Local Coverage Determination) standards.

How to Add Materials to a Bundle

Method 1: Using Quick Add

1. Locate the desired material in the Available Education Materials list.

2. Click on “+ Quick Add” next to the material you want to include.

3. The selected material will move to the Selected Materials section under Bundle Materials.

4. From there, you can:

→ Adjust the Order of materials.

→ Set Delay Days (if applicable).

→ Mark the material as Required or remove it using the Delete icon.

Method 2: Using Add Selected

1. Check the box next to one or more materials you want to add.

2. After selecting, click on the “+ Add Selected” button that appears above the list.

3. The chosen materials will be added to the Selected Materials section.

1. Click on the “Select All Available Materials” checkbox to automatically select every educational material listed under the Available Education Materials section.

2. Once all materials are selected, they will be highlighted and marked as checked, confirming that they are ready to be added to the bundle.

3. Click on the “+ Add Selected” button to include all selected materials into the Bundle Materials section.

4. From there, you can:

→ Adjust the Order of materials.

→ Set Delay Days (if applicable).

→ Mark the material as Required or remove it using the Delete icon.
